I stumbled across this blog which was quite interesting. Which he says (I think he describes it very well).

NEW WORK ADDED

MY FIRST PHOTOSHOOT

I went on my first full day photo shoot with work a couple of weeks ago with the other Art Director Lyn, it was a long day shooting with Ian Winstanley but a few cups of tea we got the photographs to our retoucher Paul who is currently transforming the photographs.
